Ingredients For Mutabbak:
Large samosa roti 2
Roll square patti 4 to 2
Bhuna keema 1/2 kg
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green onion 1 cup
Tomato 2
Allspice 1 tsp
Chat masala 1 tsp
Boiled eggs Chopped 2-3
Method:
Take a big strip of samosa spread it, put 2 square roll strips put roasted mince, green onion, green coriander, tomatoes cubes, garam masala, beated egg and boiled and chopped eggs and paste the flour paste on its sides to close.
Now deep fry it on low temperature and serve it by doing pieces.
Ingredients For Banana Apple Fritters:
Bananas 4
Apple 2
Caster sugar 5 tbsp
Eggs 2-3
Milk as required
Flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch
Oil for deep frying
Method:
First filter the flour and baking powder.
Now add salt and mix it.
Then add egg, caster sugar, beat it well and pour oil and milk.
Now add filtered flour.
Now cut the bananas and dip into the batter, make them golden for frying.
Sprinkle icing sugar and apple dip them into batter and fry till it turns to golden.
Ingredients For Mango Tango:
Ice 1 cup
Mango 1
Tang 2 tbsp
White drink 1 cup
Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Method:
Put all these ingredient in a blender which are given above.
Blend, till it becomes smooth.
Ingredients For Chicken Cheese Roll:
Chicken 250 gm
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 3/4 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese
