Ingredients For Kefta Kebab:

  • Chicken minced  300 gms
  • Big sized onion 1
  • Tomato  1
  • Dry coriander  1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder  1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander  2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder  1/4 tsp
  • Pomegranates seeds  2 tbsp
  • Oil  shallow fry

Method:

  1. First add chicken mince, onion, tomato, garlic paste, salt, green coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper and pomegranates seeds in a food processor.
  2. Then take it out in a bowl and add green coriander.
  3. Now make small kababs shallow fry it in a pan.
  4. Yummy kefta kabab is ready.

Ingredients For Harissa Pita Bread:

  • Pita bread  4
  • Harissa sauce  4 tbsp
  • Feta cheese  1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes  1
  • Small sized onion  1
  • Parsley  2 tbsp
  • Olive oil  4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First toast the pita bread.
  2. Then pour harissa sauce on its top.
  3. Now spread the fita cheese on its top.
  4. Then add tomato, onion, parsley, olive oil and lemon juice mix it well.
  5. Spread the mixture on a pita bread.
  6. Now cut the pita bread into 4 pieces then serve.
