Ingredients For Melon Custard Cup:
Melons 3 to 4
Milk 1/2 liter
Sugar 1 cup
Rafhan banana custard 1 cup
Season fruits as required
Method:
For Making Custard:
Pour milk add custard mix it well.
Now put remaining milk on heat.
When the milk turns hot then add sugar mix it.
When the sugar is saturated then put rafhan banana custard.
When the mixture becomes thick then remove it from stove.
Custard is ready.
Now cut the melon into two pieces, take out its seeds from center clean it.
Then do the custard filling.
Garnish with season fruit then serve.
Ingredients For Chicken Puff:
Puff dough 300 gm
Chicken mince 250 gm
Chopped onion 1
Egg (for brushing) 1
Green chilies chopped 2 to 3
Chopped green coriander 1/2 bunch
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Pour oil in a pan, add onion for frying.
Now add chicken mince and ginger garlic paste for roasting.
Then add chopped black pepper and salt.
After that add green chilies and roast it, make it dry.
Remove it from stove and make it cool.
Now roll out the puff pastry and give it shape with molds.
Then put the chicken mixture and brush its sides with egg.
Now keep it in oven on 200 degree C for 20 25 minutes.
Delicious chicken puff is ready to serve with ketchup.
Ingredients For Sesame Chili Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Boiled garlic 8 to 10 cloves
Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
Chicken stock 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
Method:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender, until the mixture is nicely mixed.
Sauce is ready.
