Ingredients For Haray Masalay Walay Chanay:

  • Chickpeas boiled 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Tomato  1
  • Onion  1
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Mint leaves  1/4 bunch
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Oil  2-3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Red pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Dry mango  1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First cut the onions.
  2. Then add green coriander, mint and green chilies chop it, green chutney is ready.
  3. Now take a pan, pour oil heat it, add onions, tomatoes, chutney, salt, chopped red chilies, raw mango and chaat masala roast it well.
  4. Then add tamarind water, cook it for a while.
  5. Now add boiled chickpeas roast it and take it out in a dish sprinkle lemon juice for serve.

Ingredients For Lychee Colada:

  • Lychee 100 gm
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Fresh cream  1/2 cup
  • Sugar  2 tbsp
  • Ice cubes  as required

Method:

  1. First add lychee, coconut milk and sugar in juicer blend it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. When it becomes paste then add fresh cream and ice cubes, blend it again.
  3. Serve it in glass.
