Ingredients For Chicken Mughlai Kabab With Shan Bihari Kabab Masala:

  • Chicken  1 kg 16 pieces
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Almonds grinded  1 tbsp
  • Shan bihari masala 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour  1/2 cup
  • Shan chat masala  1 tsp
  • Onion rings  as required

Method:

  1. First add ginger garlic, salt, yogurt and chopped almond mix them all with chicken.
  2. Add shan bihari masala leave it for an hour for marination.
  3. Now before frying add corn flour, mix it and fry it on low temperature.
  4. Then take it out and sprinkle shan chaat masala.
  5. Add onion rings for garnishing then serve.

Ingredients For Biscuit Custard Surprise:

  • Marie Biscuits crushed  2 cup
  • Melted butter  4 ounce
  • Vanilla custard prepared 2 cup
  • Mango cubes  2 cup
  • Chocolate sauce  as required
  • Grated chocolate  1/2 cup

For Custard:

  • Milk  1 liter
  • Sugar  1/2 cup
  • Milk  1/2 cup
  • Shan Vanilla Custard powder  4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First boil the milk with sugar.
  2. When the milk boils then add vanilla custard powder in milk, cook it till becomes thick, take it out and cool it.
  3. Then add chopped biscuits and melted butter mix it well.
  4. Now press it by putting it into pyrex dish.
  5. Then add ready custard, spread mango cubes.
  6. Now add chocolate sauce, grated chocolate on its top then serve.
