Ingredients For Kathiawari Chana Chaat:
Chickpeas (white) 1/2 kg
Chopped onion 1
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Tamarind juice 1/2 cup
Fried cumin seeds 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Method:
First wash the white peas with water.
Then wash it again, add soda and water keep its temperature low.
When it is tendered then add chopped red chiles, chopped red chilies, salt beat it well and cook it for 20 minutes.
Now add tamarind paste turn off the stove.
Ingredients For Crispy Mince Balls:
Mince 1/2 kg
Onion 1
Green chili 3
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Pomegranate 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
Kachri powder 1/4 tsp
Soda 1/4 tsp
Baisan 4 tbsp
Green coriander 4 tbsp
Oil for frying
Salt as required
Method:
First take a mince, onion, green chilies, chopped red chilies, pomegranate seeds, chopped coriander, kachri powder, soda, gram flour, green coriander and salt mix it well.
Now for making balls mixture deep fry it in hot oil for frying.
Crispy mince balls are ready.
