Ingredients For Garma Garam Aloo Chat:

  • Boiled potatoes 2 cups
  • Boiled peas 1 cup
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 2 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/4 tsp
  • Tara chat masala  1 tsp
  • Tara garam masala  1 tsp

For Garnish:

  • Green chili 3-4
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Mint  2 tbsp
  • Thick tamarind pulp 1/4 cup
  • Tomato  1/4 cup
  • Onion  1/4 cup
  • Papri  3-4

Method:

  1. Put the boiled potatoes, boiled chickpea, masoor ki daal, salt, chopped red chilies, turmeric, tara chaat masala, tara garam masala and water in a pan, cook it until it is tendered then add chickpea.
  2. Then dish out it and add green chilies, green coriander, mint, tamarind paste, tomatoes, onion and papri on its top then serve the garma garam aloo chaat.

Ingredients For Chicken Lolly pops:

  • Chicken wings  500 gram
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/4 tsp
  • Chopped dry coriander 1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin  1 tsp
  • Chopped green chili  1 tsp

Method:

  1. First make the chicken lollypop and add gram flour, salt, chopped red chilies, chopped red chilies, turmeric, chopped cumin, chopped dry coriander, make the batter.
  2. Now dip the wings and deep fry it.
  3. Serve the hot wings.

  • tried this aloo chat uesterday for iftar. I boiled potatoes first. then I used chickpea can and cooked chickpeas 10 mins to make them more soft. then I added remaining ingredients plus 2- 3 tbsp khatti meethi imli chutney.its agood recipe. the text says peas but peas are not in the chaat.plz try. jazak allah
