Ingredients For Mini Shawarma:
Chicken boneless 300 gm
Garlic 3 to 4 cloves
Yogurt 4 to 5 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
BBQ masala 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste
For Filling:
Pickle cucumber 1/2 cup
Pickle 1/2 cup
Pita bread 4
Cucumber 1
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Salad leaves 3 to 4
Olives (Slices) 1/2 cup
Olive oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Method:
For Making Chicken:
First cut the chicken pieces into slices.
Now take a pan, pour oil add chicken slices and garlic cloves fry it lightly.
Now add yogurt, lemon juice, salt, tikka masala fry it lightly make it dry.
Take it out in a plate, Chicken is ready.
For Making Salad:
Take tomato, cucumber cut thin slices.
Put salad leaves, cut it into thin slices and take it out in a big bowl.
Then add tomatoes, cucumber and salad leaves.
Now pour olive oil.
After that add cucumber pickle and chilies pickle.
Salad is ready.
For Filling:
Open the pocket of pita bread add chicken mixture, sauce, olives slices and salad.
Ingredients For Chili Tahina Sauce:
White sesame 1 cup
Garlic 5 to 6 cloves
Olive oil 1/2 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Red chili paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Put all the ingredients in a blender then make the smooth paste.
Ingredients For Green Humus:
Boiled chickpeas 1 cup
Garlic cloves 4 to 5 cloves
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Cream 1/2 cup
Chopped capsicum 1/2 cup
Olive oil 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Method:
Take a blender put all the in the blender.
Now take it out and add remaining olive oil and paprika for garnishing.
