Ingredients For Keemay Kay Samosay:

  • Mince 300 gm
  • Samosa ki patiyan as required
  • Onion 2
  • Green chili  3
  • Green coriander  1/4 bunch
  • Cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp
  • Garlic  1 tsp
  • Ginger  1 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Oil  for frying
  • Salt  as required

Method:

  1. First add mince, garlic, ginger and salt boil it well.
  2. Then add onions, cumin, coriander and chopped red chilies then roast it nicely.
  3. After that add green chilies, and green coriander, make the samosa from samosa strip put the fillings, fry it in hot oil.
  4. Keemay ky samosay is ready.

Ingredients For Aloo Papri Chaat:

  • Small potato  1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 4
  • Papri  6
  • Dal sev  1 packet
  • Tamarind puree 1/4 cup
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Curry leaves  8 -10
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili 1/4 tsp
  • Chaat masala  1/4 tsp
  • Salt  as required

Method:

  1. First peel the skin of potato.
  2. Now take a pan, pour oil add curry leaves, chopped cumin and mustard seeds for frying.
  3. Along salt, chopped red chilies, turmeric and tamarind pulp roast it well.
  4. After that add potato, chaat masala and green chilies mix it and remove it from stove.
  5. Now take it out in a dish and put chopped papri and daal sev, then serve.
