Ingredients For Keemay Ke Samosay:

  • Mince  125 gm
  • Onion  1
  • Coriander leaves  as required
  • Green chilies  2-3
  • Turmeric  1/4 tsp
  • Red pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder  1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Ginger  1
  • Garlic  2-3 tbsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Oil  for fry

Method:

  1. Take a flour, make portions and roll out it long cut it with help of knife.
  2. Now add ready mince mixture and fold it give it shape of roll.
  3. Then pour oil and make the samosa golden.
  4. Serve it hot.
