Ingredients For Aflatoon:

  • Khoya  1/4
  • Semolina  6
  • Egg  20 gm
  • Raisin  20 gm
  • Pistachio  20 gm
  • Almonds  20 gm
  • Ghee 1/4
  • Pinch of zarda color
  • Sugar 1/4
  • Chopped nutmeg mace 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped cardamom  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First add khoya, semolina, egg, raisins, pistachio, almonds, ghee, pinch of yellow color, sugar, nutmeg mace, leave it for half an hour, keep it on low temperature.
  2. When it starts to become like a ball then remove it from stove and place it in tray and serve.

Ingredients For Til ki Papri:

  • Sesame seeds  1 cup
  • Jaggery  3/4 cup
  • Chopped cardamom 1/2 tbsp
  • Ghee  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan roast it lightly.
  2. Now boil it with water add jaggery, until it becomes thick syrup.
  3. Now grease the rolling board, spread the mixture, its thickness should be on 1 centimeter.
  4. When it becomes cool then cut it into square pieces and safe it in airtight box.
