Ingredients For Galawati Pasanday With Shan Pasanda Masala:

  • Undercut pasanda 1/2 kg
  • Raw papaya  1 tbsp
  • Shan pasanda masala  3 tbsp
  • Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method

  1. First marinate the chicken with chopped papaya, shan pasanda masala, fried and chopped onions, chopped ginger garlic, yogurt and salt leave it for 1 hour.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan add marinated pasanday tender it on low temperature.
  3. Then add onion, green chilies, green coriander for garnish then serve.

Ingredients For Khajla Chana Chaat:

  • Khajla  1
  • White kidney bean 1/2 cup
  • White chic piece  1/2 cup
  • Sweet corn  2 tbsp
  • Red pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin  1 tsp
  • Shan chat masala 1 tsp
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato  1
  • Green chilies  2
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Cream  1/2 cup
  • Kahtti methi Chatni  4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add kidney beans and white chickpea leave it to tender boil it.
  2. Now add sweet corn mix it and keep it on a side.
  3. Now take a bowl add yogurt, cream, salt, chopped red chilies, roasted and chopped cumin and shan chaat masala mix it.
  4. Now mix it into kidney beans mixure.
  5. Then do the filling in center of khajla add chopped onions, chopped green chilies, chopped green coriander, methi chatni for garnish then serve.
