Ingredients For Chicken Tandoori Burger:

  • Burger  4
  • Chicken boneless  1/2 kg
  • Yellow food color  1 pinch
  • Lettuce leaf as required
  • Cucumber  as required
  • Tomato  as required
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Fried and chopped cumin  1 tsp
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise  1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala  1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste  1/2 tsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil  for frying
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First put the chicken add chaat masala, chopped red chilies, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, pinch of yellow color, mustard paste, roasted and chopped cumin and leave it for 1 hour.
  2. Now heat the oil fry the chicken. Now cut the burger from center fry it lightly.
  3. Now add mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce, grind the chicken.
  4. Then add salad leaves, cucumber and tomatoes cut it.
  5. Put another piece of burger on top then serve.

Ingredients For Mango Delight:

  • Mango 1/2 kg
  • Diary cream  250 gm
  • Condensed milk  1/2 cup
  • Strawberry jelly  1 packet
  • Strawberry essence  few drops
  • Gelatin powder  2 tsp
  • Sugar  1/2 cup
  • Almonds  100 gm
  • Icing sugar  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First put the gelatin powder in a warm water.
  2. Add sugar in a frying pan cook it well and put it into greased steel plate and add melted caramel with almonds.
  3. Then take a pan, add cream, gelatin powder and jelly beat it well.
  4. Now add mango slices cut it and add chopped sugar.
  5. Then put the mango on serving dish and put the beaten mixture and put chopped caramel and leave it in fridge for half hour.
