Ingredients For Punjabi Aloo Samosa:

  • Boiled potato  500
  • Boiled peas  1 cup
  • Big onion  1
  • Chopped garlic  1 tbsp
  • Ginger  1 tbsp
  • Coriander  1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Chopped red chili  1 tsp
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Cumin  1 tsp
  • Chopped garam masala 1 tsp

For making Dough:

  • Flour  500 gm
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Nutmeg 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Take a flour, add ghee, salt, nutmeg and water knead the dough.
  2. Now heat the oil add onions saute it.
  3. Then add chopped garlic and chopped ginger roast it well.
  4. After that add chopped coriander, salt, turmeric, chopped red chili, lemon juice, chopped cumin and chopped garam masala roast it for 2 minutes.
  5. Then add boiled potato, boiled peas mix it.
  6. Now make the portions of wheat knead it and cut it into 2 pieces.
  7. Then fold the 1 piece and fill it with potato mixture and close it by pasting water on its sides.
  8. Now fry it on low temperature.
  9. Take it out when it turns to golden.
