Ingredients For Yogurt Egg Salad:

For Egg Yolk Filling:

  • Actiplus  1/2 cup
  • Eggs  4 hard boiled
  • Butter  2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Mustard powder  1/2 tsp
  • Mayonnaise  1 tbsp

For Salad Dressing:

  • Macaroni 1 cup
  • Actiplus yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Capsicum+cucumber+tomatoes 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First cut the boiled eggs from center take out its egg yolk and keep it on a side.
  2. Take a egg yolk in a bowl, actiplus, butter, salt, chopped black pepper, mustard powder and mayonnaise mix it well.
  3. Then fill it into chopped boiled egg.
  4. Then take another bowl add boiled macaroni, actiplus, capsicum, cucumber, tomatoes, lemon juice, salt and chopped black pepper.
  5. Now put it into serving platter and put eggs on its top then serve.

Ingredients For Karahi Kabab masala:

  • Mince  1/2 kg
  • Coriander seeds crushed 2 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Egg  1
  • Gram flour roasted 1 tbsp
  • Onion  2 tbsp
  • Bread  1
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • White cumin roasted 1/2 tsp
  • Allspice  12 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves chopped 2tbsp
  • Egg 1 beaten

For Masala:

  • Onion  2
  • Tomato  3 to 4
  • Capsicum 2
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic  1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Allspice  1/2 tsp

Method:

For making kabab:

  1. First mix the green coriander, green chilies, egg, roasted gram flour, chopped onions, bread slices, ginger garlic paste, roasted and chopped cumin, garam masala, salt, chopped red chilies, green coriander and beaten egg mix it well chop it.
  2. Now make long kababs and deep fry it in shallow fry.
  3. Then keep them on side, now cut it into 2 to 3 pieces.

For masala:

  1. Heat the oil add onions make them soft.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, salt, chopped red chilies, turmeric and garam masala with water.
  3. Then add tomato julienne and capsicum julienne fry it well.
  4. Now add fried kababs simmer it.
  5. Add green coriander and green chilies then serve.

Ingredients For Frozen Paratha:

  • Flour  250 gm
  • Sugar  1 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  3 tbsp
  • Mustard puff  as required

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and pour oil in warm water knead it well.
  2. Now cover and leave it for 30 minutes.
  3. Then make small balls and make rolls.
  4. Now spread the mustard puff and spread flour on it.
  5. Then cut it from center and roll it like a cone.
