Aloo Chicken Kabab And Hari Chutney by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients For Aloo Chicken Kabab:

  • Boiled potatoes 3-4
  • Tikka chunks 1/2 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Tara chat masala 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Green coriander 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Eggs  2
  • Oil  shallow fry

Method:

  1. Take a bowl shred the tikka chunks.
  2. Then mash the potato, salt, tara garam masala, chopped red chilies, green chilies, green coriander and lemon juice mix it well and make kabab, now deep fry the egg and shallow fry it.

Ingredients For Hari Chutney:

  • Green coriander 1 cup
  • Mint  1/4 cup
  • Green chilies  4-5
  • Tamarind pulp  1/4 cup
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add green coriander, green chilies, tamarind pulp and salt mix it and grind.
  2. Tasty sauce is ready.
