Ingredients For Aloo Chicken Kabab:
Boiled potatoes 3-4
Tikka chunks 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Tara chat masala 1 tsp
Green chilies 3-4
Green coriander 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Eggs 2
Oil shallow fry
Method:
Take a bowl shred the tikka chunks.
Then mash the potato, salt, tara garam masala, chopped red chilies, green chilies, green coriander and lemon juice mix it well and make kabab, now deep fry the egg and shallow fry it.
Ingredients For Hari Chutney:
Green coriander 1 cup
Mint 1/4 cup
Green chilies 4-5
Tamarind pulp 1/4 cup
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Method:
Take a bowl add green coriander, green chilies, tamarind pulp and salt mix it and grind.
Tasty sauce is ready.
