Ingredients For Chicken Bhurta:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Lemons  2
  • Chopped onion  2
  • Chopped green chilies  4
  • Chopped fresh red chilies  6
  • Chopped green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Crushed black pepper  1 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

To boil Chicken:

  • Garlic cloves  4
  • Black peppercorn  6

Method:

  1. First boil the chicken boneless with garlic and whole black pepper.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan add chopped onions make them golden brown.
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste roast it lightly, chopped green chilies and chopped fresh red chili.
  4. After 2 minutes add chopped chicken roast it lightly.
  5. Now add chopped black pepper, salt, roasted and chopped white cumin and lemon juice roast it for 2 to 3 minutes then remove it.
  6. Add chopped green coriander and fried onions serve it with hot naan.

Ingredients For Mini Chili Cheese Burger:

  • Mini burger buns  4
  • Chicken boneless  200 gm
  • Yellow food color  1 pinch
  • Cucumber  as required
  • Tomatoes  as required
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise  1 tbsp
  • Hot sauce  1 tsp
  • Chaat masala  1/2 tsp
  • Red chili flakes  1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste  1/2 tsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil  to fry
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Take a chicken marinate it with chaat masala, chopped red chilies, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, pinch of yellow color, mustard paste, hot sauce and roasted and chopped cumin leave it for 1 hour.
  2. Now pour oil and fry the chicken.
  3. Then take a mini burger cut it from center and fry it lightly.
  4. Now paste mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce then place chicken on its top.
  5. Then place salad leaves, cucumber and tomatoes.
  6. Place another pieces of bun add add chili garlic sauce then serve.

Ingredients For Lemon And Pepper Tang:

  • Lemon & pepper tang 1 jug pack
  • Water  1 jug

Method:

  1. First pour water in a jug add 1 packet of lemon and pepper tang mix it well and serve it cool
