Ingredients For Khattay Meethay Koftay:
Mince 1/2 kg
Garlic 4 cloves
Capsicum 1
Onion 1
Spring onion 1
Tomato 1
Egg 1
Pineapple 2 slices
Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
HP sauce 1 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
White pepper 1/4 tsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Method:
First take a bowl add mince, white pepper, black pepper, salt, garlic, egg and corn flour, mix it well and make a kofta then fry it.
Now add capsicum, onion, green onion and tomatoes.
Now pour oil add green onion, garlic, onion, capsicum, slice pineapple, chopped black pepper, white pepper, salt, tomato ketchup, worcester sauce and hp sauce then sauce is ready.
Then add corn flour, pour water and make the sauce thick.
Now take care of koftas then mix it and serve it hot.
Khatay methay koftay are ready.
Ingredients For Creamy Aloo:
Potatoes 1/2 kg
Spring onion 2
Flour 4 tbsp
Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
Fresh cream 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
White pepper 1/4 tsp
Milk 2 cup
Method:
First boil the potatoes, peel it and cut it in round.
Now roast the flour by putting it into pan.
Then add hot milk.
When the milk becomes thick then add green onion, worcester sauce, fresh cream, salt, chopped black pepper and chopped white pepper and mix it.
Now add chopped potato, cook it for 4 to 5 minutes.
When it becomes ready then take it out and serve.
