Ingredients For Chili Chicken Pizza:
For Pizza Base:
Flour 2 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Instant yeast 1 1/2 tsp
Milk powder 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Oil 1/4 tsp
For Filling:
Boneless chicken 200 gm
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 4 tbsp
Capsicum chopped 4 tbsp
Egg 1
Tomatoes chopped 4 tbsp
Mushroom sliced 4
Olives 4
Oregano leaves 1 tsp
Pizza sauce 4 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 3/4 cup
Mozzarella cheese 3/4 cup
Method:
Take a bowl add flour, salt, sugar, yeast, milk, egg and warm water, knead it and leave it to rise, leave it for 30 minutes.
Now knead the dough to the half inch, spread it on pizza plate, put pizza sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and chili chicken topping.
Now add cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese bake it for 30 minutes.
For filling, take a boneless chicken, chopped red chili, soya sauce, vinegar, salt, chopped black pepper, flour, corn flour, chopped onion, capsicum, egg, chopped tomatoes, mushroom slices and olives mix it well.
Now heat the oil add chicken fry it on low temperature, until it becomes light brown.
Ingredients For BBQ Chicken Spaghetti:
Boneless chicken 250 gm
Oil 1/4 cup
Pasta sauce 4 tbsp
Ketchup 4 tbsp
Rosemary 1/2 tsp
Spaghetti boiled 3 cup
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Oregano leaves 1 tsp
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
BBQ sauce 1 tbsp
Blue band 2 tbsp
Method:
Take a pan, add oil and blue band heat it and add chopped garlic for frying, until it turns to light golden.
Now add chicken boneless, pour half cup water then fry it.
Then add chopped pasta sauce, ketchup, rosemary, oregano, tomato paste, chili garlic sauce, chopped red chili and BBQ sauce cook it till the mixture boils.
Now fold it into boiled spaghetti.
Then add chopped parsley for garnishing then serve.
