Aloo Chops And Custard Shireen by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients For Custard Shireen:

  • Milk  1/2 liter
  • Sugar  1/2 cup
  • Rafhan vanilla custard 1 cup
  • Mix fruit  1/2 kg
  • Rafhan strawberry jelly 1 cup
  • Rafhan banana jelly 1 cup
  • Dry fruits  1/2 cup
  • Boiled colored vermicelli 1/2 packet

Method:

  1. Take a cool milk, rafhan vanilla custard mix it.
  2. Now make the milk warm.
  3. When the milk becomes hot then add sugar, when sugar is saturated then put the custard, when the mixture becomes thick then add mixed fruit in slices.
  4. Now add rafhan strawberry jelly cubes, rafhan banana jelly cubes and colored vermicelli, then garnish it with dry fruit, leave it into freezer.
  5. Take it out then serve.

Ingredients For Aloo Chops:

  • Boiled potato sliced 1/2 kg
  • Bread slices  6 to 8
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Red chili paste  1 tbsp
  • Turmeric paste  1 tsp
  • Mustard seed   1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2 to 3
  • Mustard oil  2 tbsp
  • Oil  for fry
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First take a pan, add olive oil, garlic paste, chopped onions for frying.
  2. Now add potato, chopped tomato, chopped red chili paste, turmeric, mustard seeds, chopped black pepper, chopped green chilies and salt fry it well.
  3. When the masala is nicely pasted then remove it and make it cool.
  4. Sprinkle some water on bread slices.
  5. Cut its sides, put the potato mixture, fold it in hand.
  6. Leave it into fridge.
  7. Then take it out, fry and then serve.
