Ingredients For Pineapple Cream Cake:

  • Eggs 4
  • Flour  4 oz
  • Baking powder  1 tsp
  • Caster sugar  4 oz
  • Vanilla or pineapple essence 1 tsp

Filling

  • Pineapple Chopped 1 can
  • Cream  1 cup
  • Extra Fresh cream  to decorate
  • Fruit syrup or milk  to moisten cake
  • Pineapple rings  to decorate
  • Cherries  to decorate

Method:

  1. For sponge, take a bowl add egg, sugar beat it and add essence, gram flour, baking powder  fold it.
  2. Now add greased pan, bake it in oven for 15 to 20 minutes on 180 degree C, take it out on a wire rack then make it cool.
  3. Now for filling, when the cake becomes cool then cut it and put the fruit syrup wet the sponge then put the cream and pineapple  and cherry for garnishing then serve.

Ingredients For Kheera Lassi:

  • Curd  1 cup
  • Milk  1 cup
  • Ice cubes  1/2 cup
  • Cucumber, peeled, cubed  1
  • Mint leaves  few

Method:

  1. First put all the ingredients in blender then serve it.
