Ingredients For Potato Brinjal Pakora:

• Potatoes  2 medium
• Onion  1 medium
• Brinjal round  1 large

For Batter:

• Gram flour  225 gm
  
• Baking powder  1/4 tsp
  
• Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  
• Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  
• Coriander powder  2 tsp
• Cumin powder 2 tsp
• Salt  to taste
• Yogurt  2 tbsp
• Oil  to deep fry

Ingredients For Ice Cream Trifle:

• Plain sponge cake 1
  
• Fruit cocktail 1 can
  
• Fruit cocktail syrup  3-4 tbsp
  
• Strawberry jelly 1 packet
  
• Banana jelly  1 packet
  
• Strawberry ice cream  1/2 liter
  
• Vanilla ice cream  1/2 liter
  
• Cream  to decorate
