Ingredients For Joja Kabab:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Onion ground  2
  • Tomatoes 6
  • Green chilies 6
  • Cream  2 tbsp
  • Milk  2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper  2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Saffron  1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil  2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First marinate the chicken with chopped onions, chopped black pepper, salt, saffron, cream, milk, lemon juice and olives and leave it for an hour.
  2. Now put it into shashlik stick. Along small tomatoes and green chilies.
  3. After that fry it into grill pan.

Ingredients For Makhani Halwa:

  • Semolina 250 gm
  • Ghee  250 gm
  • Khoya  250 gm
  • Milk  750 ml
  • Cardamoms  4 pod
  • Sugar  1 1/2 cup
  • Kewra  1 tsp
  • Pistachio & almonds  as required

Method:

  1. First keep the semolina in milk for 3 hours. Pour ghee heat it and roast it into semolina when the ghee starts to comes up then add sugar roast it more.
  2. Now add chopped cardamom, along kewra, khoya roast it more.
  3. Then take it out in a dish sprinkle almonds, pistachio and then serve.
