Chicken White Curry And Milk Treasure by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Chicken White Curry:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt  250 gm
  • Potato 1
  • Onion 1
  • Spring onion  4-5
  • Coriander leaves  as required
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp
  • Black pepper  as required
  • White pepper as required
  • Green chilies 1-2
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Water  1 cup

Method:

  1. Take a boneless chicken, cut it into small size.
  2. Now take a pan, add oil, ginger garlic paste, let it cook.
  3. When the paste starts to cook then add chicken, roast it till its color changes.
  4. Now take another pan, add potato and onion boil it.
  5. When add potato and onions boils then make its paste.
  6. Now roast it and add yogurt, onion paste and water.
  7. Along chopped green chilies and salt roast it for 4 to 6 minutes.
  8. Delicious chicken white curry is ready.

Ingredients For Treasure:

  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Almond  25 gm
  • Pistachio 25 gm
  • Cashew nuts 25 gm
  • Tapioca  4 tbsp
  • Sugar as required
  • Cream  2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. First take a pan, add milk and whole cashew nuts, mix it well.
  2. Then remove it from stove.
  3. When it becomes cool then add almonds, pistachio, cream cashew nuts, sugar grind it well.
  4. Then it becomes ready then take it out in a glass and place it in fridge, make it cool.
  5. Tasty milk treasure is ready.
