Ingredients For Rasmalai:
- Dry milk powder 2 cup
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Plain flour 1 tsp
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Milk 2 liter
- Sugar 1 1/2 cup
- Green cardamom 6 to 8
- Pistachio as required
Method:
- First add milk, cardamom and sugar cook it for 10 minutes, until the sugar is saturated.
- Take a bowl add dry milk powder, baking powder, ghee and egg mix it and make small balls.
- Now put it into milk cook it for 5 minutes on high temperature.
- Then cook it on low temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Garnish it with pistachio then serve it cool.
Ingredients For Roaster's Stuffed Strips:
- Boneless breast 4
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
For Stuffing:
- Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
- Mushroom chopped 2 to 3
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Mixed herbs 1 tsp
- Blue band 2 tbsp
For Coating:
- Egg 1 beaten
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Self raising flour as required
- Fresh bread crumbs 1 1/2 cup
- Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
Method:
- First cut the chicken into two pieces.
- Now add salt, vinegar, black pepper marinate it for 30 minutes.
- Now add cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, mushroom, chopped green coriander, mixed herbs, blue band and fold it.
- Then take a bowl add beated egg, fresh cream mix it.
- Now dip the chicken stir piece into ready mixture add self raising flour and fresh cream coat it with bread crumbs.
- Then repeat it for 3 times, freeze it for 1 hour.
- Now cook it on low temperature for 12 to 15 minutes make it light golden fry it and serve it with honey mustard dressing.
Ingredients For Cocktail Sauce:
- Nestle yogurt 1 cup
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1/4 tsp
- Chili garlic sauce 1 tsp
Method:
- Take a bowl add acti plus, mayonnaise, salt, lemon juice, chopped red chilies and chili garlic sauce mix it well.
