Ingredients For Tacos:

  • Minced beef  250 gms
  • White flour  1 cup
  • Finely chopped tomatoes 2
  • Finely chopped onions  2
  • Chili garlic sauce  4 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise  4 to 5 tbsp
  • Finely chopped cucumber 1
  • Finely chopped capsicum  1
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper  to taste
  • Oil  as required
  • Ginger garlic paste  4 to 5 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp

Method:

  1. First take a pan heat the oil.
  2. Now add onions make them golden brown, add mince, ginger garlic paste, chopped red chilies and salt roast it well.
  3. Then take a bowl add flour knead it with help of water.
  4. Now knead it and make small poriyan.
  5. Now close the poriyan individually close it from center.
  6. Take a pan, add oil fry the poriyan.
  7. Now fill the fried poriayn with mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, chopped cucumber, chopped capsicum, tomatoes, mince and chopped onions.
  8. Delicious nachos is ready to serve with ketchup.

Ingredients For Nachos Salad:

  • Tomato  1 to 2
  • Onion  1 to 2
  • Cucumber 1
  • Capsicum  1
  • Salad leaves  1 bunch
  • Salt  as needed
  • Chopped black pepper  as needed
  • Potato fries  1 packet
  • Helipino  paper 2 to 3
  • Cabbage  1 

Method:

  1. First cut all the vegetables.
  2. Now take a bowl add all vegetables, salt, black pepper, helipino paper mix it well.
  3. Take out the ready salad into dish.
  4. Now put the potato chips on salad then serve.
