Ingredients For Cheese Samosay:

  • Flour  1 cup
  • Salt  to taste
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Oil  3 tbsp
  • Cottage cheese  1 packet
  • Coriander leaves  1/4 bunch
  • Mint leaves  1/4 bunch

Method:

  1. First take a flour add salt, oil, cumin and water knead it and keep it on a side.
  2. Now grate the cottage cheese, then add green coriander and mint mix it well.
  3. Now make the portions of knead dough and roll it like a roti.
  4. Then cut it round with the help of round mold.
  5. Now put the cottage cheese fill it with the mixture on its round roti and close it by pasting water.
  6. Now pour oil, fry it in a pan make it golden brown.
  7. When it becomes ready then take it out and serve it hot.

Ingredients For Indian Palak Paneer:

  • Spinach  1 kg
  • Green chilies  4
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Garlic   2 cloves
  • Cottage cheese  2 packet
  • Fresh cream  1 cup
  • Cumin seeds  1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Butter  3 tbsp
  • Oil  2-3 tbsp
