Custard Cake And Rice Pakora by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients For Rice Pakora:

  • Boiled rice  250 gm
  • Chicken mince  200 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Green chilies  4 to 5
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder  1/2 tsp
  • Eggs  2 to 3
  • Bread crumbs  5 tbsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Oil  for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take a mixing bowl add boiled rice, chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, green coriander, chopped red chilies, chopped garam masala, turmeric, egg, bread crumbs, baking powder and salt mix it well.
  2. Give it shape of balls.
  3. Now pour oil and deep fry it.
  4. Dish out it and then serve.

Ingredients For Custard Cake:

  • Rafhan strawberry jelly  1 packet
  • Rafhan banana jelly 1 packet
  • Dry fruits  1/2 cup
  • Plain biscuits 2 packet
  • Cream  1/2 cup
  • Butter  200 gm

For Custard:

  • Milk  1 liter
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Rafhan mango custard 1 cup
  • Cream  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. For making jelly, heat the water.
  2. Now add jelly mix it well.
  3. Then remove it and keep it on room temperature.
  4. Make the strawberry jelly and banana jelly in same way, take it out and cut it into pieces.

For Making custard:

  1. Take a cool milk add rafhan mango custard mix it well.
  2. Now heat the 1 liter milk, when it becomes hot then add sugar.
  3. When the sugar is saturated then add cream mix it well.
  4. Now make the custard and make the mixture thick, when the mixture becomes cool, custard is ready.
  5. Now take a chopped add biscuits, butter chop it well, give it look of paste.
  6. Now take a cake mold, paste the butter paper.
  7. Paste the butter on its sides.
  8. Set it, then add ready custard.
  9. Then put freezed jelly pieces.
  10. Then sprinkle dry fruits on its top.
  11. Now place it in a freezer make it cool.
  12. Then take it out from freezer, take it out from mold then custard cake is ready to serve.
