Ingredients For Kacha Chicken Pulao:
Boiled rice 1/2 kg
Onions 250 gm
Chicken 750 gm
Yogurt 1-1/2 gm
Green chilies 6
Star anise 6
Oil 1 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
Whole coriander 1 tbsp
Whole all spice 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Papaya 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Method:
First marinate the chicken with papaya, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chopped red chilies, salt, chopped coriander, turmeric and chopped garam masala leave it for half an hour.
Now pour oil add onions make them golden brown, add chicken cover and let it cook.
Add star anise, fennel and whole coriander coat it nicely.
Now add green chilies. Then add boiled rice spread it and pour milk simmer it for 20 minutes.
In the end turn off the stove then mix it.
Ingredients For Creamy Yogurt Dessert:
Vanilla essence few drops
Yogurt 1 cup
Milk 2 cup
Vanilla ice cream 1 cup
Condensed milk 1/2 cup
Biscuits 2 cup
Pineapple 1 tin
Sugar 4 tbsp
Ice as required
Method:
Pour milk add sugar cook it well.
Now add yogurt, condensed milk and few drops of vanilla essence mix it well.
Then add biscuits, now add yogurt mixture, pineapple pieces and vanilla essence cream then serve.
