Ingredients For Rabri Payala:

  • Milk  1/2 liter
  • Cream  1 packet
  • Sugar  1/2 cup
  • Almonds  25 gm
  • Pistachio  25 gm
  • Kewra  1 tsp
  • Corn flour  1 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder  1/4 tsp
  • Yellow color  1 pinch
  • Chopped ice  as required
  • Milk  1 cup
  • Rabri  1 cup
  • Falooda vermicelli 1 cup
  • Red sharbaat  1/2 cup
  • Green sharbaat 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Take a bowl cook the milk, when it is boiled then add sugar. Along corn flour with water and milk.
  2. When it becomes thick then add pinch of yellow color, kewra, chopped cardamom, cream, chopped almonds and pistachio.
  3. Then make it cool and fill the mold, leave it in fridge for 4 hours.
  4. Now take a bowl add falooda vermicelli, ice, rabri  add ready kulfi.
  5. Take it out add red sharbat and green sharbat then serve.

Ingredients For Shahi Seekh Kabab:

  • Mince  1/2 kg
  • Ginger  1 piece
  • Egg  1
  • Green chili  2
  • Garlic clove  4
  • Fried onion  1 cup
  • Red chili powder  2 tsp
  • Coconut powder  1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Mace  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  for frying
  • Chopped almonds 1 tbsp
  • Cream  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add mince, green chilies, garlic, ginger, chopped coconut, chopped onion, chopped garam masala, nutmeg mace, chopped red chilies and salt chop it well.
  2. Now add egg, chopped almonds and cream mix it. Then make kabab seekh grease it well steam it on stove.
  3. Then remove it from skewer  make it golden brown then turn off the stove.
  4. Tasty shahi seekh kabab is ready.
