Ingredients For Aloo Bhaji:

  • Potatoes  250 gm
  • Gram flour  50 grams
  • Green chili  4
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander  1/2 cup
  • Oil  deep fry
  • Water  1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add potatoes, water, flour, coriander and green chilies mix it well.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan, give the shape of pakora and deep fry it.
  3. Delicious aloo Bhaji is ready.

Ingredients For Hari Chutney:

  • Green coriander 1 cup
  • Mint  1/4 cup
  • Green chilies  4-5
  • Tamarind pulp  1/4 cup
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add green coriander, mint, green chilies, tamarind pulp, cumin and salt mix it and grind.
  2. Delicious sauce is ready.
