Ingredients For Khatti Meethi Chana Chaat:

  • Chickpeas  1 cup
  • Yellow lentil 1/2 cup
  • Boiled potatoes  (cubes) 3
  • Papri  6-7
  • Sugar  1/2 cup
  • Soda bi carb  1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves  1 bunch
  • Chopped green chilies  4
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Milk  1/2 cup
  • Cornflour  1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Tamarind Chutney:

  • Tamarind paste  1 cup
  • Jaggery  2 tbsp
  • Sonth  2 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes  1 tbsp
  • Roasted Cumin powder  1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black salt  as required

Ingredients For Kofta Masala:

  • Beef mince  1/2 kg
  • Roasted chickpeas 2 tbsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Black cumin  1 tsp
  • All spice powder as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread slices  2
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Chopped mint leaves  1/2 bunch
  • Chopped green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Chopped green chili  4

For masala:

  • Onion paste  2
  • Tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • All spice powder  1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies  4
  • Chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  1 cup
