Ingredients For Rice Pudding:
Milk 1/2 liter
Eggs 2
Sugar 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
Raisins 1/2 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Coconut milk 1 cup
Desiccated coconut 50 gm
Method:
Firstly cook the milk.
When the milk is cooked then add sugar.
Now add rice flour, coconut milk, egg, vanilla essence and chopped cinnamon make the batter.
Then put it into boiled milk then cook it for 20 minutes.
When it becomes thick then take it out and add coconut and raisins.
Ingredients For Batata Bread Kabab:
Bread slices 6
Potatoes boiled 2
Green chilies 6
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Garlic 6
Ginger 1 piece
Egg 2
Milk 1 cup
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Onion 1
Oil for fry
Method:
First keep the bread slices in milk.
Then add bread slices, onion, green chilies, whole coriander, cumin, garlic cloves, ginger pieces, chopped black pepper, salt, garam masala and chat masala chop it well.
Now take it out and add boiled potatoes and egg mix it well.
Then make small kababs, dip it into beaten egg and shallow fry it in hot oil.
