Ingredients For Chicken Tikka Sandwiches With Shan Chicken Tikka Masala:

  • Chicken thinly sliced  400 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Shan tikka masala 1/2 packet
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt  2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Cucumber slices  as required
  • Croissants  3
  • BBQ sauce  3 tbsp
  • Butter and mayonnaise  as required
  • Salad leaves  as required
  • French fries  to serve
  • Coleslaw salad  to serve

Method:

  1. First cut the chicken into pieces, then add ginger garlic paste, shan tikka masala, salt, lemon juice and yogurt leave it for an hour.
  2. After that pour oil marinate the chicken then fry it.
  3. When the chicken tenders its color changes to golden brown then turn off the stove.
  4. Then simmer the chicken with coals.
  5. Cut the croissant bun from center make its slices, then add butter and mayonnaise, steam it on grill pan.
  6. After that put the bbq sauce on one side of bun, put salad leaves, chicken filling spread it well.
  7. Put cucumber slices, cover it with another piece of bun.
  8. Then put the tooth pick on it and place it in fridge serve it with coleslaw.

Ingredients For Sharbat-e-Falooda:

  • Milk  1 liter
  • Colored vermicelli boiled  1/2 cup
  • Caster sugar  1/2 cup
  • Green cardamom grinded 1/2 tsp
  • Basil seeds   2 tbsp
  • Almonds and pistachio sliced 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First pour the milk add all the above ingredients in a jug then serve it cool.
