• Jaggery  375 gm
• Stabilize powder  2 tbsp
• Muslin cloth  as required
• Red food color  as required
• Salt  as required

Ingredients For Chili Garlic Sauce:

• Ketchup  1/2 kg
  
• Dry red chilies  15 gm
  
• Garlic  5 cloves
  
• Garlic chopped 5 cloves
  
• Salt  to taste
