Ingredients For Haray Baray Nuggets:

  • Chicken breast 1
  • Bread  2 slices
  • Green chilies  2
  • Green coriander  1/4 cup
  • Green onion  1/4 cup
  • Tara garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs  1 cup
  • Oil  for deep fry
  • Tomato ketchup  for serving
  • Baking soda  1 pinch

Method:

  1. First chop the chicken and bread slice in a food processor.
  2. Then add green chilies, green coriander, green onion, salt, lemon juice, baking soda and tara garam masala.
  3. Now take out the mixture then make small nuggets and paste bread crumbs then deep fry.
  4. Serve it with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients For Baba Ganoush:

  • Egg plants  2
  • Garlic  2 cloves
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise  2 tbsp
  • Parsley 2 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • Tomatoes  1
  • Olive oil  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First grill the egg plant and remove its skin, mash it.
  2. Then add garlic, lemon juice, tahini sauce, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, chopped red chilies and tomatoes mix it.
  3. Take it out in a bowl pour olive oil and then serve.
