Ingredients For Panjiri Ladoo:

  • Semolina  200 gm
  • Walnut  25 gm
  • White sesame seed 25 gm
  • Melon seeds 25 gm
  • Raisin  25 gm
  • Pistachio  25 gm
  • Almond  25 gm
  • Anjeer 25 gm
  • Makhanay  25 gm
  • Goond  25 gm
  • Coconut  25 gm
  • Ghee  250 gm
  • Karara  250 gm
  • Coconut  25 gm
  • Milk  1/4 cup
  • Chopped cardamom  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First fry the walnuts, pistachio, almonds, injeer, makhanay, goond fry it well.
  2. Now pour ghee, heat it add semolina make it golden brown.
  3. Then turn off the stove, add white sesame seed, raisins, chopped cardamom, coconut, char maghaz and make it cool.
  4. When it becomes cool then add karara and add fried mewa.
  5. Then make the ladoo.

Ingredients For Pineapple Halwa:

  • Almonds  few
  • Cashew nuts few
  • Ghee or butter  2 tbsp
  • Mawa or khoya  200 gm
  • Pineapple  1 tin
  • Sugar  250 gm

Method:

  1. Cut the pineapple into small pieces.
  2. Now take a deep pan, add sugar and ghee cook it on low temperature, until the water remains and dries.
  3. Then take another pan roast it on 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Now put the pineapple mixture mix it well.
  5. Then add pinch of yellow color and vanilla essence.
  6. Now add cashew nuts and remove it from stove.
  7. Garnish it with almonds then serve.
