Ingredients For Masalay Dar Cholay:

  • White chickpeas  1 cup
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Green coriander  1 bunch
  • Raw onion paste 2
  • Lemons 2
  • Boiled potatoes 4
  • Tomatoes  4
  • Green chilies  4
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Roasted white cumin  1 tsp
  • All spice powder  1 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Soda bi carbonate  1/2 tsp
  • Crushed coriander  2 tbsp
  • Salt   to taste

Method:

  1. First peel the skin of potatoes make its pieces.
  2. Now add white kabuli chickpea in warm water.
  3. When they are boiled then add soda bi carb.
  4. Pour oil in a pan, add chopped onion make them brown.
  5. After that add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chopped coriander, chopped red chilies and chopped garam masala then roast it.
  6. Then add potatoes roast it lightly add boiled chickpea.
  7. Now add green chilies and green coriander for simmer.
  8. Add lemon juice then serve.

Ingredients For Crispy Deep Fried Chicken:

  • Chicken pieces 6
  • Egg  1
  • Corn flour  1 cup
  • Garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chinese salt  1/2 tsp
  • Chopped cumin  2 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 2 tsp
  • Vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Oil  as required

Method:

  1. First wash the chicken and cut it into pieces.
  2. Now add roasted cumin , chopped red chilies, salt, vinegar, chinese salt, ginger garlic paste, beaten egg and corn flour mix it .
  3. After ad pour oil add chicken pieces deep fry it .
  4. Delicious crispy deep fried chicken is ready.
