Aloo Chana Bhaji And Puri by Chef Zakir

Ingredients For Puri:

  • Flour  2 cup
  • Ghee  1/4 cup
  • Oil  to cook
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take a white flour, salt, water and ghee mix it knead it and keep it on a side.
  2. Then after 10 to 15 minutes make small portions, roll it and fry it in hot oil.
  3. Puri is ready.

Ingredients For Aloo Chana Bhaji:

  • Potatoes boiled 2
  • Yogurt  250 gm
  • Bengal gram boiled  1 cup
  • Ghee  1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves  1/4 bunch
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds  1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Coriander  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First cut the boiled potatoes.
  2. Now take a pan pour ghee, ginger garlic paste roast it.
  3. Then add yogurt, mustard seeds, carom seed, chopped red chilies, turmeric, chopped cumin , chopped coriander, green coriander and salt roast it on low temperature.
  4. After that add boiled potato and boiled chickpea roast it for few seconds and sprinkle salt.
  5. Delicious aloo chana bhaji is ready.
