Ingredients For Garlic Aur Jalapeno Hummus:

  • Garlic  3 cloves
  • Green chili or jalapeno  4 tbsp
  • White peas  1 cup
  • Tahini paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Parsley  2 tbsp
  • Olive oil  4 tbsp
  • Samosa pati  15-20

Method:

  1. For hummus, add garlic cloves, green chilies, jalapeno, white chickpea, tahini paste, lemon juice and salt put it all in food processor.
  2. Along ice cubes, make its paste.
  3. Now take it out in a bowl add olive oil.
  4. Add chopped parsley.
  5. Now cut the samosa pati and deep fry it, serve it with hummus.

Ingredients For Vegetable Baisan Tempura:

  • Gram flour  1/2 cup
  • Flour  1-1/2 cup
  • Eggs  2
  • Chilled water 2 cups
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • Egg plant  1
