Ingredients For Khajoor Custard Dessert:
Rafhan mango custard 1 cup
Milk 1/2 kg
Deseeded dates 1 cup
Dry dates 1/2 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Sugar as required
Method:
Take a pan, pour milk add rafhan mango custard mix it well.
Now pour milk, put the chickpea on stove.
When the milk start to heat up then add sugar.
When the sugar is saturated then add custard.
When the mixture becomes thick then leave it to cool.
Then take a pan add dates, remaining sugar, with syrup.
Now set the custard into serving dish set it, make the layer of mixture paste cream, dates slices for garnish then serve.
Ingredients For Red Chicken:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Chopped onion 1
Chopped black pepper 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili paste 2 to 3 tbsp
Tomato puree 1/2 cup
Tomato 2
Sliced onion 2
Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green coriander for garnish
Method:
Take a pan pour oil heat it and add chopped fries, fry it.
Then add garlic roast it well.
Now add chicken for frying.
Now add chopped black pepper, cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, salt and tomato roast it well.
Then add red chili paste and tomato puree mix it.
Along water let it tender.
When the chicken is tendered then add gravy make it thick, make the sizzling platter hot spread the onion slices.
Put chicken mixture on top add green coriander for garnishing then serve.
