Ingredients For Daniya Kabab:

  • Boiled potatoes  250 gm
  • Boiled chicken boneless 250 gm
  • Green coriander  1/2 cup
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Egg  4
  • Bread crumbs  as needed

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add boiled potatoes, boiled chicken, green coriander, salt and egg mix it well.
  2. Now take a pan add whole coriander then roast it.
  3. When it starts to smell then then crush it and mix it into chicken.
  4. Then give the shape of kabab, dip it into egg and paste bread crumbs, fry it on low temperature, when it becomes golden brown then remove it from stove.

Ingredients For Crispy Prawn:

  • Prawns 250 gm
  • Egg 2
  • Flour  1 tbsp
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Salt  as needed
  • Chinese salt  1 tsp
  • Chopped white pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste  1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs  as needed
  • Oil  as needed
  • Chopped garlic  1 tsp

Method:

  1. Take a  bowl add prawns, salt, chinese salt, chopped white pepper, chopped garlic and mustard paste.
  2. Take a pan, add flour and corn flour make its mixture.
  3. Along salt and chopped white pepper.
  4. After that put the marinated prawns, dip it into mixture, add bread crumbs keep its temperature low.
  5. When it turns to golden brown then take it out.
