Ingredients For Mug Trifle:

  • Milk  1 liter
  • Ice cream powder  4 tbsp
  • Boiled sagoodana  1 cup
  • Plain cake  1/2 pound
  • Cream  1 packet
  • Banana jelly 1 packet
  • Cherry/ mint leaves  for garnishing
  • Sugar  1 cup

Method:

  1. First pour milk let it cook on low flame.
  2. When it is boiled then add sugar let it cook on low flame for half an hour.
  3. Add boiled sagoodana and ice cream powder in milk.
  4. When it becomes thick then turn off the stove.
  5. After that make the banana jelly. then put the ready custard, cream.
  6. Garnish it with cherry and mint before serve.

Ingredients For Lehsuni Basil Murgh:

  • Chicken  1/2 kg
  • Yogurt  250 gm
  • Cream  2 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • All spice  1 tsp
  • Small chilies  8
  • Garlic cloves
  • Ginger  8
  • Lemon juice  1 piece
  • Basil  4 tbsp
  • Tomato  2
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First add small chilies, garlic cloves, ginger, lemon juice, basil, tomato and salt chop it with salt.
  2. Now add chicken paste, leave it for half an hour.
  3. Then pour oil add chicken roast it on low flame.
  4. After that pour yogurt, cream cover it for 10 minutes and turn off the stove.
