Ingredients For Crispy Pizza Roll:

For dough:

  • White flour  1/2 kg
  • Yeast  1 to 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar  1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste

For Chicken:

  • Chicken mince  300 gm
  • Tikka masala  1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Oil  1 to 2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

For Topping:

  • Pizza sauce  1 cup
  • Sliced capsicum  2
  • Chopped cabbage 1/2
  • Grated mozzarella  250 gm
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Sliced olives  1/2 cup
  • Egg  1

Method:

For Dough:

  1. Make the water warm and add yeast and sugar mix it leave it for 15 minutes.
  2. Then add flour, salt, baking powder and yeast, knead it well and leave it for 3 to 4 hours.

For Making Chicken:

  1. Pour oil and chicken, tikka masala, lemon juice, garlic paste, red chili powder, salt and ready chicken make it cool.
  2. Now take a mixing bowl add chicken mixture, add cabbage, black pepper, capsicum, mozzarella cheese and salt mix it well.
  3. Now roll out the pizza dough paste pizza sauce.
  4. Brush it with egg and paste the olives, bake it on 200 degree C, take it out and then serve.

Ingredients For Angoori Chicken:

  • Chicken  1/2 kg
  • Crushed black pepper   1 tsp
  • Chopped green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil  3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

For Sauce:

  • Grapes  250 gm
  • Tomato puree  1 cup
  • Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Stock  1 cup
  • Oil  2 to 3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Green onion  for garnish

Method:

  1. Take a mixing bowl add chopped black pepper, green coriander, lemon juice, garlic paste, soya sauce and salt leave it for marination.
  2. Now pour oil heat it and add chicken for frying, take it out and add garlic keep its temperature high.
  3. Now add tomato puree, vinegar, salt and chopped black pepper mix it well.
  4. Add grapes, then put the fried chicken and stock cook it till it boils.
  5. Now add corn flour with water make its gravy thick.
  6. Now dish out it and add green onions for garnishing then serve.
