Ingredients For Fajita Roll:
Oil 2 tbsp
Chicken boneless 250 gm
Capsicum 1
Big tomatoes 1
Cabbage 1 cup
Salt as needed
Chopped red chilies 1 tsp
Chinese salt 1 tsp
Chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup
Garlic 2-4 cloves
White flour 500 gm
Oil 2 tbsp
Sesame seed as needed
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Method:
First add white flour, salt and oil knead it hard for 10 minutes, so that it becomes set.
Now make the puri and fry it.
Now pour oil add garlic cloves saute it.
Then add chicken roast it. Then add capsicum, cabbage, salt, chopped red chilies, Chinese salt, white pepper, chili garlic sauce mix and cook it for 2 minutes.
After that put the mixture in a puri and make roll.
