Ingredients For Red Pepper Chicken:
Chicken With skin half
Green chilies 6
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Spring onion 1
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Oil for fry
Method:
First cut the chicken, press it with steak hammer.
Then marinate the chicken with garlic paste, salt, chopped red chilies and corn flour.
Now pour oil add chicken for frying then keep it on a side.
Now pour oil in a pan add green chilies fry it.
Then add chopped green onion, oyster sauce, chopped black pepper, salt pour water.
When it begins to cook then add remaining corn flour and make it thick.
Now place the chicken on platter, pour mixture and then serve.
Ingredients For Aloo Keemay Kay Kabab:
Mince 300 gm
Potatoes boiled 2
Onion 1
Egg 2
Bread crumbs as required
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Chili powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
Method:
Pour oil add ginger garlic paste, when it changes its color then add mince dry its water.
Then cut the boiled potatoes, green coriander, chopped red chilies, chopped garam masala, chopped cumin, salt and water cover and let it cook.
Remove it cover after 15 to 20 minutes keep its temperature high and dry its water.
Now take out the mince in a bowl and make it cool.
Then add chopped onions and egg mix it on hand.
Now make small kababs dip it into beaten egg, coat it with bread crumbs shallow fry it.
Delicious Aloo Keemay Kay Kabab is ready.
