Ingredients For Egg Balls:

  • Eggs 3
  • Potatoes  4-5
  • Mint chutney  1/4 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 cup
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Bread crumbs  2 cups
  • Eggs  2
  • Oil  for fry

Method:

  1. First boil the tomatoes, mashed them sprinkle salt and black pepper cut them into 4 pieces.
  2. Now take the mixture on hand, put egg pieces on its top, put chutney and press it with hands and make its balls.
  3. Then dust it into flour, then dip it into egg.
  4. Then roll it into bread crumbs then deep fry it.

Ingredients For Family Egg Cake:

  • Medium sized potatoes 1
  • Egg  4
  • Tomatoes  1
  • Green coriander  1/2 cup
  • Medium sized onion 1
  • Capsicum  1
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Red chili paste 1/2 tsp
  • Oil  3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Take a bowl beat the egg.
  2. Now mix onion, capsicum, green coriander and chopped red chilies mix it well.
  3. Now pour oil add egg mixture cook it on low temperature.
  4. When the one side it cooked then change its sides, take it out in a plate, then serve.
