Ingredients For Custard Jelly Pie:

For Pie:

  • White flour  250 gm
  • Unsalted butter  50 gm
  • Icing sugar  1/2 cup
  • Baking powder  1 pinch

For filling:

  • Milk  1/2 liter
  • Sugar  1/2 cup
  • Rafhan strawberry custard  1 cup
  • Rafhan banana jelly  1 cup

Method:

For Making Custard:

  1. Take a cool milk, add rafhan strawberry custard mix it.
  2. Now heat the milk, when the milk becomes hot then mix sugar.
  3. When the sugar is saturated then add custard, add mixture make it thick leave it to cool, custard is ready.
  4. Make the rafhan jelly and place it into fridge.

For Making Pie:

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add flour, butter, icing sugar and baking powder mix it well, knead it hard make its dough.
  2. Now roll out the dough, set it into pie mold, keep heavy  thing on its top.
  3. Then bake it in oven for 200 degree C for 20 minutes.
  4. Take it out and do the custard fillings, put jelly and bake it again, take it out then serve.

For Dough:

  • White flour  300 gm
  • Egg  1
  • Salt  to taste

For Momos:

  • Chicken mince  200 gm
  • Garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce  1 tsp
  • Green onion 1 to 2 sticks
  • Green chilies 3 to 4
  • Egg 1
  • Chinese salt  1/3 tsp
  • Oil  for fry
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. For Dough: Take a mixing bowl add flour, egg and salt mix it with water make its dough soft and cover it with wet cloth.
  2. Now roll it long, cut it into round piece.
  3. For Making Momos: Take a mixing bowl add chicken mince, garlic paste, chopped black pepper, soya sauce, green onion, green chilies, chinese salt mix it well and paste it with egg, make its bag.
  4. Then pour oil fry it and garnish it with salad leaves then serve.
