Kofta Curry And Rainbow Slash by Sana Asif

Ingredients For Kofta Curry:

  • Minced beef  250 gm
  • Bread slices  2
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp 
  • Fresh milk  1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves  100 gm
  • Green chilies  1 to 2
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oil  as required
  • Chopped tomatoes 4 to 5
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First take a bowl add bread slices, milk, make the slice soft.
  2. Now add mutton mince, fresh cream, green coriander, green chilies, salt and black pepper mixture is ready.
  3. Now make the kofta with mixture.
  4. Heat the pan add salan pour oil in a pan.
  5. Then add chopped onions saute it and add chopped ginger and garlic roast it well.
  6. Now add tomatoes cook it well so that the salan becomes ready.
  7. Then cover the kofta and let it cook.
  8. When the kofta becomes soft then take it out then serve.

Ingredients For Rainbow Slash:

  • Mixed fruit juice  300 ml
  • Pineapple cubes 1 cup
  • Sugar  2 tsp
  • Chopped ice  1 cup
  • Lemon or orange powder  2 to 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Take a blender, blend all the above ingredients well.
  2. Rainbow slash is ready serve it cool.
