Ingredients For Egg Jalfrezi:

  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Capsicum 2
  • Onion 2
  • Cloves  2
  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes  1 tsp
  • Roasted crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce  2 tbsp
  • Knorr chicken cube 1
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan add chopped ginger garlic paste roast it.
  2. Now add tomato puree, chili sauce, salt, roasted and chopped cumin, chicken cubes and chopped red chilies roast it.
  3. After that pour oil add, add capsicum and onion stir fry it and add ready masala.
  4. Now add boiled egg remove its skin add cloves and pour oil in a frying pan for frying.
  5. Then take out the ready jalfrezi in a dish.
  6. After that make its 2 pieces, spread it on dish and pour chili sauce on its top.
  7. Serve it with simple rice.

  • Chicken boneless  6
  • Eggs  2
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Salt  to taste
  • Cheddar cheese as required
  • Crushed black pepper  1 tsp
  • White pepper
  • Oil to fry  as required

Method:

  1. First boil the potatoes and peel its skin mash it.
  2. Now add black pepper and garlic cloves with chicken boneless boil it.
  3. Then mix it with mixed boiled potatoes.
  4. After that add salt and chopped black pepper.
  5. Then add grated cheese mix it well.
  6. Now make small rolls and dip it into egg, paste bread crumbs.
  7. Then keep it ready. make its shape with both hand.
  8. Now pour oil in a frying pan and shallow fry it.
